Please read before continuing. You must accept to use ArcX×HOST.
1. What ArcX×HOST is. ArcX×HOST ("the Service", "we", "us") is a free, best-effort static-site hosting tool that deploys your GitHub repository or ZIP upload to a subdomain of arcx.my.id, or to a custom domain you configure yourself. Deployments are technically served through Vercel Inc. ("Vercel") infrastructure, which we use as our underlying hosting provider. ArcX×HOST is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vercel Inc. in any way.
2. You are solely responsible for your content. You are entirely responsible for anything you deploy through the Service, including all code, files, text, images, and any content served by your project ("Your Content"). You represent that Your Content does not, and will not: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right; (c) contain malware, phishing pages, exploit code, or anything designed to gain unauthorized access to any system; (d) contain child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors; (e) violate Vercel's Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, or Fair Use Guidelines (available at vercel.com/legal), as may be updated from time to time; or (f) otherwise be illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
3. No warranty, no guaranteed uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, request logging accuracy, DNS verification accuracy, or continued availability of any project, subdomain, or custom domain. Deployments and stored data may be deleted, throttled, or interrupted at any time, with or without notice.
4. Right to remove content or terminate access. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, delete, or refuse any project, deployment, subdomain, or custom-domain mapping that we believe violates these Terms, violates Vercel's policies, or otherwise creates legal, security, or reputational risk for the Service or for Vercel.
5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcX×HOST and its operator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArcX×HOST, its operator(s), and Vercel Inc. from any claim, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of Vercel's own policies.
7. Third-party dependency. Because the Service runs on top of Vercel's infrastructure, your project's availability is also subject to Vercel's own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Content that violates Vercel's policies may be removed by Vercel directly, independent of any action by us, and may result in the underlying hosting account being restricted — which can affect other projects hosted through the Service.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
